I’ve been fascinated by three ingredient recipes for a very long time, so I’m not sure why it took me so long to find three ingredient snack recipes for young children.
My focus is always on food being refined sugar free, so these will not have the typical sugar overload. It is a very satisfying feeling, knowing your child is eating, clean, healthy food.
Another focus is trying to ensure that snacks have a decent amount of protein. Two of these recipes achieve just that!
